Event Details

This two-day statewide nursing education symposium will convene health care leaders across the state to discuss methods to strengthen Florida’s nursing education workforce.

The conference will begin with sessions, panels, and workshops focused on faculty development, followed by a day centered on academic-practice partnerships and workforce innovation.

FCN Think Tank

October 14, 2026, FCN will hold an invite-only think tank.  Two 90-minute facilitated roundtable sessions will generate firsthand insights from early-career registered nurses regarding their transition into practice. Nurse participants can translate these insights into actionable strategies that support retention, well-being, and professional success in their communities.
