The Prelicensure Professional Networking Program (PPNP) is a workforce resource to address transition shock among new graduate nurses. The PPNP introduces nursing students to career opportunities via partnerships with regional organizations. PPNP events also facilitate networking, provide career guidance, and create mentorship opportunities that will pave the way for successful nursing careers.
