This informational session aims to offer guidance to nursing education programs across Florida regarding the licensure by examination process for registered nurses and licensed practical nurses.
The event addresses the following objectives:
- Clarify the process for licensure by examination, as outlined in Section 464.008, Florida Statutes.
- Review the procedure for school list submissions and address common deficiencies.
- Identify strategies to streamline the submission process and minimize delays.
- Explain the impact of recent legislative changes, including MOBILE endorsement, on application volume for licensure by examination.
